2nd SAT - A United States Ultralight Association Florida chapter. We meet at the airport on the second Saturday of each month at 10:00 am. We are working on our club logo, newsletter and developing ideas for fly-in activities and schedules. The club consists of a group of ultra light pilots and others just interested in recreational flying. The goal of the club is to promote and provide the opportunity of safe recreational flying. We are educating our club members with respect to standard patterns and operational procedures when flying at airports. We feel this will help to improve our pilot skills and enable us to develop a better relationship with other pilots at the airport. This will bring greater awareness to the fact that we love to fly and want to do so in the safest manner possible while being considerate of other forms of flying. We figure what goes around comes around. Our aircraft maybe small and frail in comparison to others, but that doesn't detract from the amount of enjoyment available.
